King Paimon

This is a concept sketch for my interpretation of Paimon, the second king of Hell.
I wanted to make him some kind of freak humanoid creature, more than him having a regular human form. His deep knowledge is meant to be represented by his "very old seer" look as well as him holding some kind of artifact infinite book that can hold all the knowledge in the Universe.
Rather than wearing a crown, this iteration of King Paimon has his crown spikes coming out of his head. His "regular" eyes are blind as a way of meaning that his way of seeing the Universe is not dependent on mere practical vision, but by a mystical connection to it.
Paimon has, however, one all-seeing eye that also allows him to penetrate and control the human mind.
