Cláudia, Ink of Nature

This was an illustration made as part of my birthday present to my awesome girlfriend and best companion I could've ever dreamed of having by my side, sharing this journey.

I've been introducing her to Magic The Gathering. Because of that and because of the fact that illustrating an actual MTG card is obviously part of my life goals, I've decided to do this little tribute to her in the form of a fictitious Magic card filled with symbolism about her and our life together.

I haven't ventured myself into making full illustrations and just lately - and still too rarely - got to experiment with color. My comfort zone is still lines and drawing. But I am committed to explore color and values more, to paint more, learn and improve.
And maybe one day I get to be worthy to have my work and name on a real MTG card.
