Elizabeth Bathory

Elizabeth Bathory was a Hungarian noblewoman in the 16th century and holds the Guinness World Record for Most Prolific Female Murderer.
Although her body count is not agreed upon, it is known that she has tortured and killed a very large amount of people, specially girls.
It is said that she used to bathe in her victim's blood, possibly believing this would keep her young.
This is my interpretation of her. Instead of going for a more traditional approach to her 16th century noblewoman look, I've decided to twist it a bit and represent her nasty and crazy persona with somewhat of a "dominatrix" or executioner look, making her wear a leather outfit along with elements of clothing and accessories from the 16th century.
Her expression is meant to be a clear message about her lunacy and perversion. The white of her cape and high socks gives her a good contrasting base for the blood splattering from the torture and killing, as well as representing any lost and tainted hope for purity.
